Founded in 2014 by Jared Lawrence and Ben Kieffer, Compass Management Group, Inc. is owned and operated right here in Minnesota, and has quickly grown to be "A Trusted Guide" for numerous Community Associations throughout the Twin Cities. Compass Management Group, Inc. may be young, but is most certainly not inexperienced. Our founders bring a combined total of over 20 years in the Community Association Management Industry to the table. 

We offer a wide range of services, with all of our contracts customized to fit each property's needs and budget. No Association is too big or too small, we currently serve properties as small as 4-Units and larger than 400+ Units. We pride ourselves on a simplified approach to Association Management, with simple fee structures and complete transparency in all operations, keeping the Board and Homeowners in the loop at all times.
