The Bylaws of The Enclave at Elm Creek Villas Homeowners Association provide an opportunity for those unable to attend the Annual Meeting of the Owners to appoint a third party to cast their vote at the meeting through a written proxy statement. This form serves as the official proxy for the upcoming September 6 th , 2023, Annual Meeting.
To ensure equitable representation in the voting process, a maximum of two proxies may be assigned to any individual, except for the Board of Directors, who shall be allowed an unlimited number of proxies. Voting decisions for proxies assigned to the Board will be determined by a majority consensus of the Board of Directors. To be considered valid, proxies must be delivered to the Association Secretary or Compass Management Group no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting time and must be signed and dated.
Proxy forms which are completed and signed but which do not specify to whom the proxy is granted will be deemed assigned to the Association’s Board of Directors.
The undersigned Owner(s), being an Owner and properly registered in the voting register of The Enclave at Elm Creek Villas Homeowners Association, does hereby grant this proxy to be used as designated below
(All persons on title must execute this proxy)
Note: Homes with multiple Owners listed on the property’s title may only assign one proxy. This proxy shall be effective unless written notice revoking the same is received on or before the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Owners or it is revoked by the Owner(s) attendance at the meeting. Proxies cannot be transferred once assigned. In the event of duplicate proxy forms, the one with the latest date shall take precedence.
Please be sure the holder of your proxy will be attending the meeting. If you attend the meeting, this proxy may be withdrawn.
