If you are unable to attend, you may submit your proxy to ensure the quorum is reached. If the quorum is not met, the Association is required to hold a second meeting which costs the Association unnecessary funds.

THIS PROXY WILL ONLY BE USED FOR CALCULATING QUORUM. ONLY MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING ARE ABLE TO VOTE DURING THE ELECTION. IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR PROXY AND LATER CHOOSE TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON, THIS PROXY MAY BE WITHDRAWN AND YOU MAY VOTE IN PERSON.
