Where do I order resale documents? 

Document orders are placed through a page on our website and processed in house. These packages or individual requests can be ordered by clicking on the "document request" button on the Compass website (www.compassmanagement.com) Or you can go to https://compassmanagement.com/documentrequest. We recommend ordering the Resale Disclosure Package.

• Resale Disclosure Package: This package includes: Resale Disclosure Certificate, Balance Sheet, Articles of Incorporation, CCR/Declaration, budgets, Bylaws, Certificate of Insurance, Current Unaudited Financial Documents, Resolutions, Rules and Regulations.

How do I make payments online?

 

One Time Payments: To make a onetime payment, you will need to login to your homeowner portal account by going to https://portal.compassmanagement.com/login.

1. To make a one-time payment. you are going to select the "payments" tab and click "Make a Payment".

2. It will have you select your payment method. Please keep in mind that there are fees for one-time payment processing.

3. You'll then enter the amount you'd like to pay and the date before clicking "continue."

Once you are finished with the payment, you will receive a confirmation message.

To sign up for autopay, you can either register through your homeowner portal or go to www.compassmanagement.com/ach/ and complete the form.

I want to login to my online account; I am not getting the email from the system when I request it?

 

To login to your online portal account on Vantaca, we need to have an email address linked to your account. Once we have your email address on file, we will send you an activation email. Within the email, there will be details on how to create a portal account.

How do I edit my payment method on my autopayment?

 

To edit you payment method, you will need to login to your Vantaca account by going to https://portal.compassmanagement.com/login. Once you are logged in, you will go to the payments page. Then you will click "edit" next to the Auto Draft area and follow the instructions to update your account information.

Where do I mail my payment to?

 

If you are going to mail in a check, please mail your payment to (Your Association Name) C/O Compass Management Group, PO Box 88116, Carol Stream, IL 60188-0116. Please be sure to include your Account Number on the memo line on your payment. You will make your payment payable to your association.
